Welcome to Donor Booking. By downloading, accessing, or using our application and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using the app immediately.
1. Use of the Service
1.1. Eligibility: You must be 18 years old to use the app. By using the service, you represent and warrant meeting this eligibility requirement.
1.2. Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
1.3. Prohibited Activities: You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:
- Hacking or tampering with the service.
- Posting false or misleading information.
2. Appointments and Cancellations
2.1. Booking Appointments: The app allows booking appointments with service providers. Once you book an appointment, you will receive a notification within the app.
2.2. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment through the app up to 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are strongly discouraged and may be subject to the provider’s specific cancellation policy.

4.1. Privacy Policy: By using the app, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
4.2. Data Removal: You can request the deletion of your data at any time. To do so, please get in touch with our support team at privacy@edonorsoft.com. We will process your request within 30 days by applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Ownership: All content provided on or through the app, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Donor Booking or our partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5.2. License: Donor Booking grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions anytime. If changes are made, we will notify users via email or app. Continued app use after changes have been made signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Arbitration Agreement: In any disputes related to these Terms or the app, the parties agree to resolve such disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court.
7.2. Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in class actions related to the app or services.

9.2. Requesting Data Deletion: In compliance with applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR or HIPAA), you may request the deletion of your data. To do so, email privacy@edonorsoft.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and account details. We will process your request within 30 days.
